1. Establish and improve supplier evaluation system, expand supplier channels and optimize supplier structure;
2. procurement strategy formulation, in line with business strategy and BPO demand forecast, the development of forward-looking BPO procurement strategy, to achieve effective control of procurement costs and the maximization of procurement value;
3. Assess procurement risks, formulate corresponding risk response strategies and plans, establish a sound risk early warning mechanism, and reduce the impact of risks on the company's business;
4. Provide professional procurement suggestions and solutions for business departments, in-depth understanding of business requirements and operation processes, understanding requirements and transforming them into procurement strategies;
5. Promote the standardization of procurement process, optimize the efficiency of internal approval, and promote the digital transformation of procurement strategy.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain management, business administration, finance or related field is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of purchasing experience, familiar with the operation mode of BPO subdivision, at least 1 year focusing on BPO/ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing) or related service procurement;
3. Adapt to cooperate with global suppliers (such as Malaysia, Philippines, Europe and other BPO popular regional teams), and master foreign languages as bonus items (such as English, Japanese, Spanish, etc.);
4. Recognize the BPO industry's fast-moving, results-oriented culture and ability to remain efficient in a high-pressure environment;
5. Have a long-term perspective, focus on supplier ecological construction rather than short-term transactions, can quickly adapt to industry changes (such as the impact of RPA and AI on BPO), and promote the digital transformation of procurement strategies;
6. Proficient in procurement tools (such as SAP Ariba, Coupa) and data analysis tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI), familiar with international procurement standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001) and data compliance requirements (such as GDPR, CCPA);
7. Bonus points: Hold CIPS (International Procurement and Supply Certification), CPSM (Registered Procurement Manager) and other professional certifications.
