May 18 marks the 35th National Day for Persons with Disabilities. This
year’s theme is "Upholding the Spirit of Self-Reliance to Support
Persons with Physical Challenged, and Uniting Our Strength to Forge
Ahead." On behalf of Welsend Group, the Welsend "Let Love Circulate"
Foundation participated in the on-site themed activities of Weifang City
for the National Day for Assisting Persons with Physical Challenged. At
the event, the foundation brought job opportunities suitable for
persons with disabilities — including voice customer service, online
customer service, stretcher assistance, and pastry making — to fulfill
corporate social responsibility through concrete actions.

Sign Language Services Empower Persons with Physical Challenged: "Tech for Public Good"
Let Silent Expressions Be "Softly Heard"On the same day, Welsend’s
sign language service platform for persons with physical challenged
launched its trial operation. Centered on "tech-driven public welfare,"
this project builds a public welfare service platform integrating sign
language video services and cross-platform switching functions,
providing barrier-free communication solutions for the hard of hearing.
Through four core features — real-time online translation, thoughtful
support across scenarios, professional team backing, and privacy
protection — silent expressions can be "gently heard," enabling the hard
of hearing to enjoy the better life brought by social development, just
like others.

Welfare Assistance Embedded in Our Development DNA
Let Love Circulate: Caring for Special GroupsWelsend Group has
always embedded disability welfare assistance into its development DNA.
In recent years, Welsend has donated nearly one million yuan to support
the rehabilitation and growth of autistic children, and built a "Xingan
Space" parent respite center at the Welsend Health Workshop — creating a
warm haven for families of "Xingbao" (children with autism) in need. It
also set up a "Micro-Light Torch: Wishes with Voice" wish wall to
provide support for autistic families. Following the 18th "World Autism
Awareness Day" themed event held at the Welsend Health Workshop on April
2, the wish wall has gained greater attention and support from the
Disabled Persons’ Federation and caring individuals from all walks of
life.

Building a Barrier-Free Environment
Better Support for Persons with physical challenged. Welsend will
create a barrier-free working environment for persons with physical
challenged, helping them maximize independent living and
self-development, and supporting them to become an integral part of
social diversity.
Welfare support for persons with disabilities is a journey we will continue to walk!
