Job Requirements |
| Responsible for the online customer service work of the international tide play hand-run large shopping platform, and online text communication/email communication with Thai users. Provide pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales services, answer customer questions, handle customer feedback questions and complaints, improve service experience, excluding the nature of sales. | 1. Bachelor degree or above, Thai major is preferred. Thai language and customer barrier-free communication, have the ability to read and write; 2. Those who have studied abroad/work experience in Thailand, cross-border e-commerce/SHOPEE AliExpress LAZADA and other overseas e-commerce customer service experience are preferred; 3. Thai typing is about 45 per minute, and the academic qualifications of strong/experienced personnel can be relaxed to Junior College. |
