| 1. Responsible for handling online and email inquiries from overseas Clients, providing pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale services, answering customer questions and facilitating transactions; 2. Quickly handle customer feedback and complaints to improve service experience; 3. for abnormal problems in a timely manner to the superior feedback. |
1. Education requirements: Junior College or above is required, English major is preferred, and non-English major needs to have a certificate of CET-4 or above; 2. Work experience requirements: barrier-free communication with Clients in English, ability to read and write, previous study abroad/work experience or English customer service experience/cross-border e-commerce customer service experience/overseas e-commerce customer service experience such as shopee AliExpress lazada is preferred; 3. familiar with commonly used office software, understand the basic e-commerce platform operating rules. |
