In warm spring, we meet in Iris.

On April 18, 2025, Welsend Group’s FY2025 Summary Conference and Commendation Gala was held grandly. Group Chairman Yu Jiang, General Manager Sun Wenling, department heads, outstanding team representatives, and employee representatives from around the world gathered to attend this grand event.

　At the summary conference, Sun Wenling, General Manager of Welsend Group, delivered the annual work report. She noted that FY2025 was a year of courage and resolve: in the face of a complex, ever-changing environment, Welsend delivered solid results and achieved steady growth. In the report, she comprehensively and systematically reviewed FY2025 operations from four dimensions — finance, customers, internal processes, and learning & growth — and outlined the group’s achievements, insights, and areas for improvement. Looking ahead to FY2026, General Manager Sun proposed continuing to implement the strategic framework “Three, Two, Two, Three: Win the Era” and clarified key priorities and goals for the new fiscal year.

　In the evening, the group hosted a grand commendation gala themed “Honor Partners, Compete Globally” to recognize outstanding teams and individuals from FY2025.

 

 

　　

Wang Jinghua, Head of the Party and Mass Culture Department of Welsend Group, delivered the opening speech at the gala. He stated that over the past year, guided by the group’s strategic objectives, all colleagues had continued to do the right things and do things right, writing a brilliant chapter for Welsend. He also introduced virtual attendees, who joined the celebration across physical and digital spaces to share this glorious moment.

During the award ceremony, honors for FY2025 — including the “Billion-Dollar Unity Award,” “Billion-Dollar Pioneer Award,” General Manager’s Special Award, Best Collaboration Award, Outstanding Worker Award, Outstanding Team Leader Award, Outstanding Supervisor Award, and Outstanding Employee Award — were officially announced. More than 200 outstanding colleagues accepted these honors as representatives on-site. Additionally, this year’s gala introduced two new awards: the “Welsend Talent Scout Award” and “Talent Contribution Award,” to recognize individuals or teams that made exceptional contributions to advancing Welsend’s talent-driven strategy.

Outstanding Team Leader Award

At the commendation dinner, Yu Jiangyu, chairman of Welsend Group, expressed his gratitude to all the outstanding employees and 18000 partners who were not present. He pointed out that it is everyone's efforts that have raised thousands of voices today. Later, Yu always shared five necessary work requirements with everyone. He hopes that everyone will strive to be the reshuffleers in the future industry changes and the winners who clean up the battlefield after the war.
 

Sun Wenling, General Manager of Welsend Group, first welcomed Welsend colleagues from around the world “home,” and extended thanks and congratulations to all award-winning individuals and teams. She summarized the past year’s achievements, emphasized the value of talent, and shared development expectations. Finally, General Manager Sun wished all colleagues fulfilling work and happy lives, and invited all members of the “Billion-Dollar Team” to take the stage, raise their glasses, and celebrate the theme “Honor Partners, Compete Globally.”
 

In the latter half of the gala, colleagues performed wonderful shows, and the venue was filled with surprises. The commendation gala concluded successfully amid laughter.

Carrying harvest and purpose, we set out toward the goal of advancing the group’s strategy steadily and with high quality.
