On April 19, 2025, Welsend Group’s 2026 Fiscal Year Kickoff Meeting was held at the Welsend Health Workshop. Group Chairman Yu Jiang, General Manager Sun Wenling, and representatives from various departments gathered to launch the new 2026 fiscal year with high morale and full enthusiasm.



On the crisp early spring morning in Weifang, colleagues arrived in high spirits. They jogged two laps around the sports field to reawaken their energy — steady steps, waving flags, and loud slogans highlighted the distinctive spirit of Welsend’s team.



Later, led by General Manager Sun, all colleagues practiced Baduanjin together, experiencing the harmony of body and mind. This not only embodied a healthy lifestyle but also built up momentum for future endeavors.



The high-energy aerobic drum session pushed the on-site atmosphere to a climax. As drums thundered, they sounded the horn for the new fiscal year. Each team divided tasks clearly: they trained in groups before collaborating on a final performance. Drummers beat the rhythm, dancers moved in sync, and flag bearers waved banners — all colleagues joined forces to ring in the new fiscal year with music, complete collective tasks with wisdom, and strike the loudest note for the year ahead.

Banners fluttered, drums rolled, and vows were made to start a new journey! Teams from each department took the stage in turn to showcase their unity, shouting their slogans and goals for the new fiscal year. As the teams presented, the sun broke through the clouds, casting warm light over all attendees — a sign that the new fiscal year’s journey would be bright and hopeful, and a symbol of Welsend’s unwavering determination to achieve its goals.

After the team presentations, Group Chairman Yu Jiang and General Manager Sun Wenling delivered speeches for the new fiscal year.

Chairman Yu noted that the team’s morale display had strengthened his confidence in Welsend’s future. He expressed belief that every individual and team would achieve their set goals, and looked forward to toasting their successes with everyone at the same time next year.



General Manager Sun stated that Welsend’s current standing was built on the dedication and hard work of all teams and colleagues in their respective roles. The new fiscal year’s goals — and each team’s targets — were aspirations worth pursuing; with resolve comes strength, and "our destiny is in our own hands." She emphasized that at Welsend, everyone was part of one family, united by the same goals. When hearts are aligned, no distance is too far to cross; when hearts are united, even the most challenging goals will see the sun break through the clouds. General Manager Sun also stressed that in the face of an uncertain future, all colleagues must continue to strive forward and prove their strength through action.

As the kites of the Kite Festival soared upward, the fireworks of the fiscal year kickoff meeting bloomed in tandem. Welsend Group — with the theme "One Thread Connects the World, Welsend Leads to the Future" — brought its brand mascot "Wanwan" to the World Kite Park. Following the kites’ path across mountains and seas, Welsend will turn high-quality services into a "thread," guiding the group to soar into the global market.
