    The years turn, and a new chapter unfolds. On the evening of January 19, 2025, Welsend Group’s 32nd Anniversary Celebration Party (themed "WE WIN AS ONE") was grandly held at Weifang Fuhua International Conference Center. Colleagues from across the globe gathered joyfully to attend this spectacular event: Group Chairman Yu Jiang, Group General Manager Sun Wenling, the group’s management team, specially-invited outstanding employee representatives, and Welsend alumni came together to enjoy this grand celebration.
     
     

     

     At the Celebration party, Group Chairman Yu Jiang expressed sincere gratitude to all colleagues — for the continuous dedication and efforts of generations of Welsend people, for the support of the Welsend family, and for the opportunities afforded by this remarkable era. Regarding future development, Chairman Yu proposed that we need to consolidate the "three relationships," and reinterpreted the win-win cooperation principle as: "cultural unity, career co-creation, benefit sharing, and risk sharing." He also emphasized two key goals: enhancing service integration capabilities and operational capabilities. "We must embed innovative development thinking into every aspect of our work," he noted. "We need to continue refining our work, embrace challenges proactively, identify root causes, and deliver results — so that we can keep driving the company forward."
     
     

     

      Group General Manager Sun Wenling then took the stage to deliver a speech. She shared warmly, "Welsend belongs to every Welsend person." Over 32 years, she said, generations of Welsend colleagues have worked tirelessly to build and refine the Welsend brand. Reflecting on the past year’s achievements, General Manager Sun noted that Welsend’s internationalization strategy has advanced steadily: its global footprint has expanded to more countries, its solutions have grown more diverse, and its multilingual delivery capabilities have continued to improve. She encouraged everyone to embrace the cultural value of lifelong learning and push beyond their growth limits to better adapt to the company’s rapid development. In her speech, she further elaborated on the 16-character principle ("cultural unity, career co-creation, benefit sharing, and risk sharing"), calling on everyone to take this as a guide and work in unison. She also urged all colleagues to pursue company-wide innovation in their respective roles and face challenges together, to drive Welsend’s more stable growth.
     
     















     

    This year’s celebration was a spectacular, star-studded affair, divided into three chapters: "Riding the Wind," "Crossing Thousands of Mountains," and "Rising Across the Globe." Following the grand, energetic opening dance, a series of spectacular performances took the stage in succession: vibrant dances, touching songs, witty sketches, sitcoms that vividly reflected the evolution of the times, heartfelt poetry recitations by Welsend alumni, and a lively health exercise session led by Welsend colleagues. A series of interactive segments pushed the on-site atmosphere to a fever pitch.
     

    At the ending of the Celebration Party, Chairman Yu, General Manager Sun, and the management team took the stage hand-in-hand to cut the 32nd anniversary cake — celebrating Welsend’s 32nd birthday and sharing joy and nostalgia with all colleagues. The entire audience sang Welsend Shines Because of You, and amid the warm, familiar melody, Welsend Group’s 32nd Anniversary Celebration Party drew to a gentle close.
